After online registration you will be sent an additional document within 2-4 business days to be filled out. I will also send out an informational document about the class details.

Please Note: No partial credits given. Participants must be present for the entire class to receive CE hours. There are no refunds if the cancellation is made less than 5 business days before the first day of class.

Should a class be cancelled due to low participation, registrants will be notified in advance and recieve a full refund.

Please bring a pillow, set of sheets and a towel. No need for a massage table. Wear comfortable clothing.
